The Birth of ALL IN
I was honored to chat with Thrive Global about our newest initiative, ALL IN. This is really a passion project for us. ALL IN certainly fits squarely within our unique capabilities (training, culture shifting), but it addresses aspects of business culture that we’ve always been aware of and care deeply about. Yet, these issues remain unsolved. It is time to reimagine and rebuild the systems that allow inequitable outcomes for women and minorities.
ALL IN is about addressing these issues with honesty, openness, and grace. Our company exists to help organizations tap into the true potential of all their people. We want to partner with organizations who see how detrimental these issues really are and are willing to do the hard work to process, own, heal, and come out of the other side. We want to be your guides.
